- Standard bookings are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time.
- Poker tables and major match screenings may have minimum spend or time limits.
- Deposits may be requested for large groups or peak events.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a partial or full deposit charge.

- On major Sports nights and Poker events, walk-in capacity may be limited.
